The publisher of the scientific journal "Physical and Mathematical Education" is the Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University (Sumy, Ukraine)

Journal History

2013 - Scientific professional edition " Physical and Mathematical Education" was founded.

2015 - The journal is included in the ICI Journals Master List.

2016 – The journal got the state registration (certificate KV 22304-12204R from 29.08.2016).

2017 - The journal introduced to the "List of scientific professional publications" in pedagogical sciences (13.00.02 - theory and methods of teaching physics, mathematics, computer science) (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 996, July 11, 2017).

2018 - The journal is included in the "List of Scientific Professional Editions of Ukraine" (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1412, December 18, 2018). The scientific edition is assigned the Category "B" in the field of pedagogical sciences (13.00.02 - Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, 13.00.10), in specialties - 011, 014, 015.

2021 - Edition has been moved to a new journal management and publishing system Open Journal Systems (OJS) that has been developed by the Public Knowledge Project (Canada).

2024 – The journal got the state registration of Print media entity (Decision of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine No. 479 as of 29.02.2024). Media ID: R30-02975.
